Why not just find some software to rotate it clockwise 90 degrees? A looping gif like this is more fit for the art portal. It looks pretty decent.

I noticed that some of the lip sync is off, like some times the characters mutter an extra syllable than what is said. Was this animation originally animated in a different language and then dubbed over in English? I assume so.
